The Cottage The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, a living room, and a screen porch. One bedroom has a full bed, and the other bedroom has 3 beds (a queen and two twins). There are also two additional twin beds located in the old boat house which has been converted to a bunkhouse. There is a firepit onsite which firewood is provided, as well as a gas grill available for use. Our cabin is only about 25 feet from the water, giving you a great view of the lake. The setting is very private, as you can not see the neighbors on either side of you due to forests. The water is swimmable with a nice sandy bottom. There are some reeds mid to late summer that surround the dock area. A 20 Foot Pontoon Boat with 40HP 4-stroke motor docked at the cottage is INCLUDED in rental price. This is a fishing/cruise pontoon and will work well for either purpose. Columbus Lake is a 600+ Acre lake located in Sugar Camp Wisconsin. The lake has no 'public' access, therefore it does not have heavy fishing pressure or boat traffic like most other lakes. The lake is abundant with walleyes, panfish, perch, northern pike, and muskie. The lake is abundant with walleyes, panfish, perch, northern pike, and muskie. This lake is large enough to allow motor boat traffic and is also ideal for kayakers and other recreation. The beautiful Northwoods combined with a stay at our small organic vegetable farm is a perfect place to relax and enjoy all winter has to offer. While not on a lake, we are surrounded by lakes, beaches and trails. Cross country ski, snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skate and then come back to our cozy, warm apartment. Centrally located in the Northwoods of Wisconsin it’s the perfect place to slow down and relax. Our newly built apartment above the garage has the best views of the farm. We live in the 110 year old farmhouse across the driveway with our two boys (2 and 6). The space is very private, but with good access to our farm and all the surrounding area has to offer. We are a busy working farm and most days you can find us out in the fields tending to the 50 different varieties of vegetables we grow. It is a perfect place for those looking for a simple weekend getaway, or folks who are interested in small scale agriculture and food. There is a separate bedroom with a king bed (that can be converted to two twins) in the main room is a comfortable futon, and a travel crib is available if needed. The space is toddler/baby friendly. Guests have access to the apartment, and are welcome to walk around the farm. The hill at the back of the farm is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the view. Guests are also welcome to visit our Farm Store (open Wed, Fri, Sat.) and shop for local products or pre-order (see below). That being said, it’s a working farm; we work hard and eat good clean food while providing for our local community. We have two busy young boys who love to be outside. Occasionally we will need to close the garage door at night and open in the morning, which can be loud or surprising. We will always do this before 8pm and after 8am. Also we are on a main highway and the apartment is near the road. This location makes it very convenient, but do be aware that you will occasionally hear passing cars. Our lake house sits on a quiet cove on Catfish Lake, on the Eagle River chain,(part of the chain of 28 connected lakes).The Lake House is newly built, with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large deck overlooking the lake and another large screened in porch for meals and just sitting. In addition we have an outdoor fire pit in a beautiful wooded setting. In the summer, you can take your boat to a restaurant for dinner, or into town for ice cream. Our property sits on 5 acres of lakefront perfect for a swim with a sandy lake bottom, kayaking in our quiet cove or a stroll along the lake and forrest. We also have a very long dock that can accommodate multiple boats. In the winter, you can ice fish in our cove, as last year, a guest caught one of the cove's muskies on Christmas vacation. This 1700 sq. foot lake home resides on a 1/2 acre of wooded land that is level to the water. This is literally the view from the porch! Whether you're watching the kids play on our sandy beach, jump off our anchored swim raft, fish off the pier or roasting marshmallows at the firepit, you have the assurance they will be right where you can see them! We offer plenty of water toys too, featuring a rowboat, canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 Stand Up Paddle boards and a 2 person paddle boat, all included with your rental. With a depth of 25' Meta Lake is known for BlueGill, both Large and Smallmouth Bass as well as Walleye. Meta Lake does not have a public boat launch, so if you wish to bring your own boat, we will direct you to a contact we have made on the lake, who will allow you access via their property. The home is located near the end of a private, dead end road. Ample parking is available for vehicles and boats with trailers. There's a ramp from the driveway that leads onto the covered area of the porch and then to the main entry. Once inside you'll notice the expanse of the open concept that includes the dining area, kitchen and living room. Our house is a beautiful year around home on Wheeler Island Road in Three Lakes, Wisconsin. Come enjoy the Northwoods in our ultra comfortable home. Enjoy the beautiful views of Planting Ground Lake while grilling on the deck. Sit in the sunroom or down at the dock. Play badminton, archery and more in the big front yard. Swim, fish or watch the activity on Planting Ground Lake. Please bring your boat and jetski. The Three Lakes chain is fun to explore and is connected to the Eagle River chain. You can also boat to a near by restaurant. Snowmobile trails are right outside our door. Wheeler Island loop is perfect for walks and bike rides. Hiking and bike trails are close by. The town of Three Lakes is fun to explore and Eagle River is 10 miles away. There is plenty of room for friends and family. Two bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs. There are also 2 bedrooms downstairs and a great family room area with a fold out couch. There is also a bathroom with shower downstairs. A washer and dryer are downstairs for all those wet towels!

The home is very conveniently located close to Eagle River just off highway 70.  It is tucked back towards the water providing a huge front yard for an afternoon of yard games and friendly competition!  There’s plenty of parking available with ample space for boat or snowmobile trailers. Then step around to the backside of the home, where just 50’ away, the water beckons you to come play!  Here you’ll find plenty of privacy as this home offers 350’ of shoreline.  The view is fabulous with Watersmeet Lake just off to the left and Eagle River off on your right. There’s a large dock for your boat or ours.  There’s also plenty of water toys for your enjoyment as the home offers a canoe, kayaks, paddleboat and the newest craze to hit the northwoods, 2 stand up paddle boards!  If you need more toys, the owner's daughter owns and operates Wildwood Outdoor Adventures, just down Hwy 70 a few hundred feet!  See their website for cool details.  They even offer tours and trips on the water! https://wildwoodoutdooradventures.com/. Pontoon boats, speed boats and motors are readily available by rental from businesses just down the shoreline!  The depth at the end of the pier is about 4’ so very conducive to swimming, floating on an inner tube or raft and just soaking up the warm summer sunshine!  The home is on the inside of a bend, a very calm body of water, very little current, perfect for lounging! From the dock at Grandpa J’s Lagoon, a meandering boat ride along Eagle River weaves its way through town giving opportunity to dock and enjoy lunch or dinner in town at one of the area’s finest restaurants, Riverstone!  Avoid the automobile congestion in town by taking advantage of one of the public docks along the river.  Then wander the quaint shops of Eagle River for a few hours and take a leisurely ride back to the cabin by boat! The interior of the home has a very open, light and airy feel and features large picture windows.  The views are quite spectacular!  The large dining area is open to the kitchen and living room allowing plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a meal together.  There are large flat screen TVs found all over this home making it fun to gather for movies and some evening entertainment! There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom on each floor of this split level home.  Two of the bedrooms offer king size beds!  Another offers two sets of bunk beds and the last features both a bunk bed and a new queen size bed, and again, there’s a television in each room! In the high heat of summer, you’ll enjoy through the wall A/C units in both the main living room and the master king bedroom.  The lower level stays naturally cool as it is partially exposed.  It also offers a family room type area with a sofa sleeper and another table for cards, board games or puzzle building!  When a little heat is welcome, each level of the home features a gas burning fireplace for that added northwoods ambience!
